A DYNAMITE CleanUp on Old Stage Rd & Upper Gold Camp Rd using Trucks ‘n’ Trailers. Rolloffs will be staged at the bottom of the mountain at the El Pomar Foundation and at the top before getting to Victor. Bring a truck and/or trailer if possible to help transport what is collected to the rolloffs, otherwise come join us for a day in the mountains making a difference.

Meeting Location: Turnout on Old Stage Rd/Gold Camp Rd, north(west) of St. Peter’s Dome
The road is entirely dirt, and can get bad in places. 4wd is not required but the road can get very washboard so a sturdy car is advised.
DIRECTIONS: FROM COLORADO SPRINGS
From Hwy 24, head South on 21st St (which becomes Cresta Rd)
Turn RIGHT on W. Cheyenne Rd
Turn LEFT on Mayhurst Ave
Turn LEFT on Mesa Ave
Turn RIGHT on Park Ave (which becomes El Pomar Rd)
Turn LEFT on Penrose Blvd
Turn RIGHT on Old Stage Rd (FS 368)
Continue on Old Stage Rd past the Old Stage Riding Stables.
Stay right to stay on Old Stage Rd (FS 368)
Along the way, the road also becomes Gold Camp Rd.
Follow the FoF signs and look for the large turnout on the side of the road

FROM VICTOR/DIVIDE SIDE:
Hwy 67 South
Turn LEFT Hwy 81 (Lazy S Ranch Rd)
Turn LEFT ON Upper Gold Camp Rd (becomes Gold Camp Rd)
Follow Gold Camp road through the tunnels to the large turnout on the right
Approximate Time & Distance from Hwy 81 turnoff is 19 miles, 50 min
BRING: Refillable water bottle, gloves, wear sunscreen, a coat, long pants & STURDY shoes/boots
PROVIDED: water, gloves (if needed), grabbers, trash bag
