Come join us for for food, fun and cleaning up national forest in the Nederland area. We have scouted the area a few times and will narrow down the meeting location and additional details, all of which will be emailed to everyone who pre-registers.

We always do a heck of a lunch, with music and games so plan to stay. Depending on what we find, we also plan to have a group head out after lunch, so if you aren’t available in the morning feel free to come for lunch and then head out for the afternoon shift.

We welcome and need additional volunteers, but ask that if anyone is joining you to have them shoot us an email so that we can make sure to have enough supplies, food and t-shirts for everyone.  If they decide to come last minute that is ok as well as we do plan for a few extras. 

To save time in the morning, we request that you review the waiver form on our website in advance, but we will have copies at sign in as well. 

FURRY FRIENDS - We love our 4 legged volunteers, but with all of the food, people, and other 4 legged volunteers, especially at Base Camp, it can be a bit much for them. Therefore, we now request that they stay home for both their safety and everyone else’s..

SIGN-IN & SAFETY BRIEFING:  8:30am at Base Camp (location TBA)

LUNCH:  PROVIDED @ 12:00pm will be a something special so please plan to join us

BRING:  Refillable water bottle, gloves, wear sunscreen, a coat, long pants & STURDY shoes/boots

We are also working on reducing the use of cups & water bottles so we ask that you bring a refillable water bottle.  We will have water to refill them and make drinks at lunch.  If you do not have one, we will have bottles of water that can be labeled and reused for the day.
