TnT - Trucks 'n' Trailers CLEANUP

A DYNAMITE CleanUp on Old Stage Rd & Upper Gold Camp Rd using Trucks ‘n’ Trailers.  Rolloffs will be staged , so bring a truck and/or trailer if possible to help transport what is collected to the rolloffs, otherwise come join us for a day in the mountains making a difference.

Meeting Location:  Large turnoff at the intersection of CR 370 (Upper Gold Camp Rd) & CR 379

Detailed directions from both Colorado Springs and Woodland Park will be sent with the response to your Pre-Registration.

The road coming from CS is a bit rough and has not been graded.  4WD or AWD is recommended.  The top road coming from the Victor area has been recently graded, and is less steep.  The views are gorgeous.

Turn RIGHT on Mesa (3.1 miles, 8 min)

Take 1st RIGHT in the roundabout

LEFT on Penrose Blvd

RIGHT on Old Stage Rd (4.2 miles, 11 min)

Hairpin RIGHT onto dirt road (5.0 miles, 14 min)

Continue on main road CR 368

Old Stage Riding Stable on left (9.8 miles, 37 min)

Road turns into CR370 (10.9 miles, 45 min)

Continue on CR370 past large overlook on right (St Peter’s Dome Tr) (11.7 miles,48 min)

Pass Rosemont State Wildlife Area Parking on right (16.0 miles, 1 hr 6 min)

STAGING AREA on left, CR 379 goes to right (1762 miles, 1 hr, 09 min)


From McDonalds, Hwy 24 west toward Divide (0 miles, 0 min)

LEFT on Hwy 67 toward Cripple Creek (7.2 miles, 10 min)

LEFT on CR 81 toward Victor (19.8 miles, 28 min)

LEFT on CR 8 (dirt road) (22.7 miles, 32 min)

Stay RIGHT when CR 376 goes to left (29.8 miles, 57 min)

CONTINUE on main road (becomes CR 370), passing CR374 on right, CR370D on left, CR370G on right, CR 372 on right

STAGING AREA on right (36.5 miles, 1 hour 30 min)

CR 379 takes off to the left at the end of the area

BRING:  Refillable water bottle, gloves, wear sunscreen, a coat, long pants & STURDY shoes/boots

PROVIDED:  water, gloves (if needed), grabbers, trash bag

PRE-REGISTRATION is VERY helpful so that we can be sure to bring enough supplies & food for everyone
